Every case study follows the same structure: the MSP situation, what we did, and what changed. Tagged by pillar and service.
The situation. An MSP came to us with a project they could not fulfil in-house: consolidating 30 separate Google Workspace tenants into a single Microsoft 365 tenant, covering more than 300 users.
What we did. We scoped, planned and delivered the migration end to end under the MSP brand. All 300+ users were migrated into Azure AD, with conditional access policies applied and the secure score significantly increased. Every mailbox and document was migrated.
What changed. The client ended up on a single, properly secured Microsoft 365 tenant instead of 30 fragmented ones. The MSP kept the client, the revenue and the relationship, without hiring a single person.
The situation. An MSP asked us to help a client who had been moved to Azure Files and never got on with it. They wanted SharePoint, but the incumbent had avoided it because of usage limits they did not know how to design around.
What we did. We designed the SharePoint environment carefully around those limits, splitting data across live and archive sites so day to day files and older content each had their own home, and no site would hit the thresholds.
What changed. The client got the SharePoint environment they had wanted all along, and it has been running very well since. The MSP delivered the answer their client had been told was not possible.
The situation. An MSP founder who was excellent at sales and not technical. Winning clients was never the problem, but the service side had never been designed by anyone who had built one before.
What we did. We were brought in to redesign the operation from the ground up. Helpdesk operations structured properly, project management put in place, SLAs defined that the team could hit, and service packages designed so clients knew what they were buying.
What changed. The founder kept doing what they are best at, selling, now with an operation behind them built to keep the promises being made in the meetings.
